Communal Meals - RSVP required
Although people may choose their own adventure during the day we hope that everyone will come together for meals as a large group.
Participation in communal meals will include:
Friday- dinner
Saturday- breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Sunday- breakfast and lunch
Monday- brunch
We are asking for a contribution of $100 per adult. This will cover the cost of meals, beer and wine, and the signature cocktail of the evening. The contribution for children and nondrinkers is $80 for the weekend.
Each meal will be served in the "Big Lodge" and prepared by a rotating group of fellow guests. We will assign you to a group and ask you to help in the preparation or cleanup for one meal. For example, a group of college friends may be responsible for dinner on Friday. The food will be provided and the assigned people will be in charge of cooking and preparing the food. Another group will be assigned to clean-up for the meal. Once a group has helped they will be "off duty" for the remaining meals.
To participate in some or all of the communal meals RSVP here by May 7th.
Feel free to ask us for guidance if needed.
To pay for meals you can use the Pal Pal link below (send to christine.askham at gmail.com) or send a check to Christine Askham.

On Your Own
If you decide not to participate in the communal meals, there are still many options for meals. You may decide to cook your own meals if you have rented a cabin with a kitchen. You may choose to visit the Schlessman Commons Dining Hall. It serves three cafeteria style meals a day. Lunch is served from 11:30 -1:00 and costs $11/person. Dinner is served from 5:00 - 7:30 and costs $14/person. There's a traditional sit down restaurant adjacent to the visitor center. You could drive into Fraser or Winter Park for meals (20-30 min. drive).
